Using practically every muscle within the human body, running is known to be one of the best workouts, resulting in some of the best outcomes.

One of the reasons I love this country is our right to freedom of speech. I consider it a great privilege that this is something we are also allowed to take advantage of with our school newspaper. However, it upsets me greatly when people use this privilege as an excuse to display their ignorance to others.

If you know me well enough, then you know how hard the writing is for me. Don't get me wrong, I love to write, and I'd like to think I'm decent at it, but sometimes it's a struggle. I can quickly and efficiently work my way through a few page assignments with my eyes closed and my fingers typing ferociously on the keyboard, but sometimes I can't.
